India's Next Cricket Coach: Gambhir Frontrunner Despite Competition from WV Raman

Rahul Dravid's Tenure Ends with T20 World Cup Triumph

After leading India to a historic T20 World Cup victory, head coach Rahul Dravid's tenure has come to an end. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has now shortlisted two names for the role of India's new coach.

Gambhir and Raman Emerge as Top Contenders

According to BCCI Secretary Jay Shah, two names have been shortlisted: Gautam Gambhir and WV Raman. Gambhir, a former Indian opener, is considered a frontrunner for the role due to his impressive record as a player and captain. Raman, on the other hand, has extensive experience in women's cricket and is highly respected in the cricketing community.

Cricket Advisory Committee Unanimously Appoints Rahul Dravid
